Are you navigating perimenopause or menopause and finding it difficult to know what advice to trust?

Midlife can bring changes that you may not have expected.

Changes to your sleep, energy, mood, weight, concentration, bladder health, strength and overall sense of wellbeing can leave you wondering what is happening to your body and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

At the same time, there is an overwhelming amount of information about perimenopause and menopause available online, through social media and in the media. Much of it can be confusing, conflicting or difficult to apply to your own life.

You may be wondering:

  • Are my symptoms actually related to perimenopause or menopause?
  • What changes are happening to my body?
  • What should I be eating at this stage of life?
  • Why does managing my weight suddenly feel different?
  • What exercise should I be doing to protect my muscles and bones?
  • Are bladder leakage and pelvic floor changes something I simply have to accept?
  • What can I do now to protect my health for the years ahead?
  • And how do I separate evidence-based health advice from all the noise?

You deserve the opportunity to get clear, credible answers.

You're invited to join us for a 3 inspiring hours dedicated to understanding your body, investing in your health and connecting with women on the same journey.

The Pranavi Perimenopause, Menopause & Midlife Wellness Workshop brings together three experienced women’s health professionals for an informative, practical and supportive afternoon dedicated entirely to your health.

Rather than trying to piece everything together yourself, you’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from experts across medicine, nutrition and women’s health physiotherapy — all in one place.

Her extensive hospital experience has given her a broad understanding of the role nutrition plays in managing a range of health conditions, including cancer, gastrointestinal disorders and post-surgical recovery. She also has a special interest in nutrition for fertility and pregnancy and takes a non-diet approach to supporting her clients’ health and wellbeing.
