About Dr Usha Thiagaraja
Dr Usha has been a dedicated medical doctor since 2005. She completed her hospital training in New Zealand before moving to Perth. Since 2013, she has focused primarily on General Practice, with a special interest in Women’s Health.
Her philosophy centres on empowering women through knowledge and evidence-based care, helping them thrive through every stage of midlife. Her deep passion for guiding women through perimenopause and menopause inspired the vision behind Pranavi Women’s Health.
Dr Usha believes true care goes beyond treating symptoms — it’s about understanding the whole person. Her consultations are thoughtfully designed to be comprehensive, personalised, and collaborative, ensuring that each woman feels heard, supported, and cared for.
A strong advocate for healthy aging and midlife wellbeing, Dr Usha recognises that menopause often coincides with changes in metabolic health and weight management. She integrates her expertise in nutrition, movement, and lifestyle medicine to help her patients achieve balance and vitality.
Dr Usha lives with her husband and her daughter in Perth. Outside her clinical practice, she finds joy in travel, outdoor fitness, yoga, painting and swimming — embracing the very principles of wellness she encourages in her patients.
